Snacks, Drinks & Bar

Many snacks and sandwiches are avaialble on the bus throughout the day, and prices vary depending on who is supplying the food. In the winter, breakfast is often available - bacon and/or sausage butties are the usual diet! Prices are around £1 for a buttie in the morning, 25p for a cup of tea, 40p for a chocolate bar, but can vary.

After flying, we will usually stay in the bar for a couple of drinks before returning to Nottingham. Drinks and snacks at the bar are sold at a small margin, and it is normally around £1.50 for a pint (depending on what you are buying), 50p for a shot of vodka and 75p for a J2O. Since prices at the bar depend on the purchase cost of the items, they can vary over time.

Expeditions

Prices for expeditions depend on the particluar trip, but you can expect to pay for transport, towing of gliders and accommodation where applicable (for the summer trips we tend to camp) directly to the club in advance of the trip. On top of that, you will need to pay for food, flying and socials while on the trip.
